A pair of delicate hands wrinkled with age weave the story of Arash into an intricate Persian carpet. Roxanne, the old woman who brings the heroic story to life, sings a tale, carrying the bravery of one man to the young, blooming minds of the next generation. The story she sings of is the tale of a war that took place many years ago. The two armies of men and demons face each other near the tall valleys of the legendary Mount Damavand, where the sadistic demon lord, Angra, rejoices at the misery of men. He mocks them and proposes a losing deal:
“ An arrow flight marks the far frontier” Angra sings the non-negotiable command. As he seeks to challenge and destroy the most gallant warriors amongst the few remaining.
Arash steps forward with courage untamed. He'd shoulder the challenge from on top of the legendary mountain, which he then climbs with nothing but one arrow, love, and a pure soul.
